New dealer principal takes the helm at ATL Automotive West

Thursday, January 05, 2012

MONTEGO BAY, St James — ATL Automotive, the motor vehicle division of the ATL Group, has appointed Sam McKenzie as dealer principal to steer the Montego Bay arm of its operations.

McKenzie is no stranger to western Jamaica and has had an over 20-year connection to St James and surrounding parishes.

He identifies with and enjoys the entrepreneurial energy that can be found in the western region.

McKenzie has had a successful career as a banker, having worked for over 10 years with National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited.

As an integral part of the dynamic ATL Group team, he will be looking to emulate his success in banking within the automotive industry.

He brings to the company his passion for people, together with a natural entrepreneurial and innovative spirit built on a set of strong values and morals.

ATL Automotive represents brands including Honda, Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial, Jaguar, and Land Rover.

Existing customers across western Jamaica who currently enjoy the benefits of ATL Automotive service centre -- strategically located in the west -- can testify to the level of expertise and the benefits to their vehicle when genuine parts and factory trained technicians are deployed.

Managing Director: Brian Stevenson remarked: "ATL Automotive is very pleased to have Samuel McKenzie on-board. Our facility at Bogue City in Montego Bay is the only new car dealership in the region with a service centre like no other, which supports customers who put their trust in any of our remarkable brands. It is the perfect environment in which to welcome our new dealer principal, whose appointment comes at an opportune time, as we position ourselves as unbeatable, in every regard, but especially in our commitment to our customers."

McKenzie has the support of the entire team at ATL Automotive who welcomes him wholeheartedly, added Stevenson.
