Power Lunch!

Chicken Rice Bowls At The Top Of The Class

Thursday, August 31, 2017

Question : What's super-delicious, easy to prepare and 100% kid-friendly? Answer: Chicken and rice bowls! With the start of the school term around the corner, savvy parents are considering how to give their children the kinds of lunches that will power them through long days, which include after-school and extra lessons. “I need to be confident that he's eating well when he's at school. Having a substantial lunch means that he won't be excessively hungry when he gets home, and for a working mother, the last thing I need is a desperately hungry child at the end of the workday,” says Charmaine Graham, mother of eight-year-old Jair-Joshua. That's why chicken and rice bowls make perfect sense.

With an advance preparation at the beginning of the week, you can have your children eating smart and enjoying it, too. “Kids' lunches should be nutritious, tasty and most importantly, budget-friendly. All of the recipes showcase the versatility of The Best Dressed Chicken products and the importance of a homemade, well-balanced meal to fuel the body and mind,” says Chef Craig Fleming.

These Best Dressed Chicken and rice bowls are so easy, we reckon you will probably be having them for dinner, too. And that's the kind of culinary multiplication that puts you at the top of the class!
