There was much to celebrate last weekend as Couples Sans Souci celebrated its 12 th anniversary, and Couples Tower Isle its 40th. With both properties known for gastronomic excellence and helmed by award-winning Corporate Executive Chef Stefan Spath, there was little surprise that the culinary teams threw down in spectacular fashion.

Couples Sans Souci on Friday used silver and white to set the luxe tone with guests invited to enjoy an evening of nature, art and fare with a distinctive Caribbean fusion. Renowned soprano Ana Strachan was the evening's special guest. The festivities shifted to Couples Tower Isle on Saturday with a night themed “Dinner Dazzle and Dance” to celebrate the big 4-O. The evening lived up to its billing with performances from songbird Karen Smith and the legendary Ernie Smith. As the weekend came to a close hotel guests, industry players, partners, family and friends vocalised their pleasure in experiencing some of the best of local talent in food, music and hospitality.
