For the third consecutive year, children at the centre have done Christmas drawings that have been designed into the "Giving Paper." Through the help of Kristina Broderick and Phoenix Printery Ltd the kids have designed and sold the Christmas gift wrapping paper of which all proceeds go directly towards the purchase of well needed medical supplies at the children's wards.

"In addition to fostering creativity this project encourages empathy and compassion, values we believe in at El Centro," states McDonald. Kids up to age 18 years participate in the annual project.
