1. The Gwen Stefani-led pop-reggae rock-ska fusion band No Doubt has released the album cover for their first project in 11 years entitled Push and Shove.
2. American rapper Wiz Khalifa lit the social media world afire with his Vietnam-War era hippie attireinspired album cover for his upcoming album O.N.I.F.C.
3. Incarcerated dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel will be featured on rapper Busta Rhymes’ upcoming ‘free album’ titled Year of the Dragon, which is to be distributed on Google’s online music store Google Play.
4. International dancehall superstar Sean Paul got a promotional boost for the American release of his album Tomahawk Technique with his bubbling single How Deep Is Your Love, which features Kelly Rowland, being featured on VH1’s immensely popular show Love and Hop: Atlanta.
5. Renowned foreign affairs Expert Fareed Zakari has been suspended from his roles as a Time Magazine columnist and as the host of CNN’s GPS, for being found guilty of plagiarising sections of Jill Lepore’s article ‘Battleground America’ written in the New Yorker, in his piece entitled ‘The Case for Gun Control’.
