A host of haute-label aficionados brought heat to Frenchman's Cove, Portland, on Easter Sunday when they turned up for the annual Marbana event.

Riding a five-year wave of success, party planners pulled out all the stops and cooked up a variety of delicious eats, artfully plated and accompanied by copious amounts of Grey Goose, Yellow Tail, Patrón, Remy Martin and Bacardi from seemingly infinite bars. For dessert, the patrons sampled soca bangers garnished with servings of dancehall and R&B hits.

The sun-drenched shores were cooled when pleasure seekers, under the watchful gaze of lifeguards, deserted their lounge chairs and umbrellas for a feel of the deep blue.

SO tips our hat to the M7 team of curators for the butterscotch-smooth, Sheldon Codner-designed, all-inclusive affair which still has us floating on cloud nine.
