KINGSTON Jamaica — Australian Sally Pearson finished first in the 100m hurdles semi-finals in 12.39 seconds to achieve her season's best.
Jessica Zelinka of Canada was second in 12.66 and American hurdler Lolo Jones was third 12.71 seconds.
