(From left) Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA) president, Mike Fennell, JOA first vice-president, Don Anderson, and Deputy British High Commissioner, Graham Grover, at Monday's launch of the JOA/British High Commission Olympic Essay Competition. The competition, which is open to students at tertiary, secondary/high, and primary schools across the island, will focus on the Jamaican experience and expectations at the 2012 Olympic Games, as well as London's opportunity to host the Games and what it means for both London and the Jamaican community there. The competition will run from February 20, to March 19, 2012.
