Woman, a hit song originally recorded by the late John Lennon, is a hit all over again. This time it's a cover by Peter Lloyd. It is currently number 11 and number 4 on the South Florida Reggae Chart and the Foundation Radio Network Top 30 chart respectively.

Released on the Black Light label, Lloyd's cover is a creditable effort.

One of his better releases in many moons, Woman showcases Lloyd's vocals.

Known for hits such as Pose, Wake Dem Up, Walk Through Fire, Dancehall Queen, Searching and Gold Digga, Lloyd is a former broadcaster and television personality. He is also an actor, having starred in the local television series Royal Palm Estate and has had several cameos in US films including Return To Treasure Island, and The Mighty Quinn with Denzel Washington.
