Record participation at Taste of Jamaica

The recently concluded 11th staging of Taste of Jamaica, held at the Montego Bay Convention Centre, saw more than 100 participants competing in over 30 categories, including the coveted Chef of the Year, Jnr Chef of the Year, Pastry Chef of the Year, and the senior team competition.

The event also featured booths and displays from some of Jamaica's leading food purveyors, equipment and service providers.

Taste of Jamaica is a production of the Culinary Federation of Jamaica and seeks to highlight and unearth local talent with participants progressing to the Taste of the Caribbean competition in Miami.
