A decision in the case between the Jamaica Police Federation and its ousted chair, Corporal Arleen McBean, is expected to be handed down tomorrow, a source close to the parties told the Jamaica Observer last night.

Last month, Justice Sonia Bertram Linton, after hearing arguments in the injunction filed by McBean to have her reinstated after she was removed from the post in January, had reserved judgement for April 26.

However, last night the source said the parties were informed that they should return to court tomorrow.

McBean had brought an ex parte notice of application for a mandatory injunction in the Supreme Court on February 18 seeking to have her returned as chairman.
