NATIONAL Water Commission (NWC) customers served by the Cowick Park Pumping Station in Manchester and the Maggotty Well in St Elizabeth, are being advised that the disruption they are experiencing is as a result of mechanical problems at both facilities.
Affected areas include Cowick Park, Auchtenbeddie and Glasglow, which are served by the Cowick Park system, and Maggotty, Cameron Hill, Dry River, Redding and Maggotty Pass, which are served by the Maggotty Well.
The NWC says every effort is being made to restore water to the areas served by the Cowick Park system on April 20 and to the areas served by the Maggotty system on April 18, and an update will be provided on Tuesday, April 10.
