KINGSTON, Jamaica — Residents in some sections of St James will be without water due to a three-day disruption.

The National Water Commission (NWC) says it will do urgent maintenance work at its Cambridge Treatment Plant in the parish, which will see that facility’s operations suspended from Wednesday December 5 until Friday, December 7.

The affected areas include: Bickersteth, Seven Rivers, Richmond Hill, Shortwood, Cambridge, Ducketts, Grange, Bethel Town, Argyle Mountain and Lambs River.

Customers are being urged to store water for use during the period.
