Two nabbed for stolen goods in Ocho Rios

OCHO RIOS, Jamaica — The Ocho Rios police have taken two men into custody after a quantity of items believed to have been stolen from a business in Linstead, St Catherine were reportedly found in their possession.
The Ocho Rios police report that about 7:30 Friday morning, a bike patrol unit saw two men, one with a laptop, acting suspiciously at the Ocho Rios transportation centre.
The men were stopped and searched and police said they recovered a quantity of items including five bottles of Hennessey, four bottles of Rum Bar rum, $25,000 cash, cell phones, canned food and a quantity of other personal items.
Investigators say their probe so far have revealed that the items were stolen from a wholesale in the Linstead area.
The men are reportedly from St James addresses.
