Petrojam increases gas prices

KINGSTON, Jamaica- Petrojam has announced an increase in the ex-refinery prices of most categories of fuel this week.

The prices of 87 and 90-octane gasoline have increased by 50 cents and will now be sold for $100.65 and $102.30 per litre, respectively.

Automotive diesel oil has been increased by 51 cents and will now be sold for $105.68 per litre.

Kerosene will now be sold for $105.44 per litre, after an increase of 41 cents.

Butane liquid petroleum will now be sold for $52.76 per litre after an increase of 28 cents, while the price of propane liquid petroleum has decreased by $1.09, making it $35.20 per litre.

Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark up.
