TRANSPORT and Works Minister Dr Omar Davies has said there are some 33 projects identified by former Minister under the previous administration Lester 'Mike' Henry under the Jamaica Development Infrastructure Programme (JDIP) which cannot be implemented because "there are no funds available".
Making a statement to Parliament today Davies said he will provide the House with a list identifying each programme which cannot be implemented despite being shown in the matrix provided to Parliament by Henry during the last session of Parliament.
