Gunman rob, kill man in Kingston 5

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of an unidentified man on Merrivilla Road, Kingston 5 last night.
Reports from the Denham Town Police are that about 10:30 pm the man went to the area to visit a friend when he was pounced upon by armed men who allegedly robbed him of valuables then shot him.
The Police were alerted and he was taken to the hospital where he died while being treated.
