Gun seized in Morant Bay

THE Police seized a firearm in Bamboo River in Morant Bay, St Thomas yesterday. No arrest was made in connection with the seizure.

The Morant Bay Police report that between 10:00 am and 11:00 am, they were conducting operations in the area when an unoccupied building was searched. The weapon; a .40 caliber pistol, with serial number erased, was found in a black plastic bag.
