MANDEVILLE, Manchester — A Manchester man who is alleged to have punched out two of his girlfriend’s teeth, last week had his bail extended until April 18 when he will return to the Manchester Resident Magistrate’s Court to answer to the charge.

Allegations are that the accused, Ion Myer, attacked the complainant Debbie-Ann Getfield after she decided to end “relationship” which had existed for more than a year.

Myers admitted to Resident Magistrate Oswald Burcheson that he had a confrontation with Getfield but denied punching out her teeth.

He said that her false teeth fell out and broke during the confrontation.
