Restaurateurs Laura Marley, Clifford Phipps and Lisa McMaster-Phipps shared their experiences in the food industry, and also gave and accepted tips on what it takes to survive in the restaurant business, yesterday at the Jamaica Observer Foodie Seminar held at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. However, it was Jamaica Observer Food Awards celebrity guest chef Collin Brown’s story that left us truly inspired. Thursday Food shares highlights.
