This week we're featuring the Linstead Market Jamaica Gungo Peas in Seasoned Coconut Milk, a convenient alternative for preparing traditional rice and peas, and stew peas.

"The product is also versatile in keeping with our slogan, Bring out the chef in you!, in that it allows you to add additional ingredients to suit your particular taste," Dwyer continued. The gungo peas in seasoned coconut milk retails for $144.96 per can, and is available at Joong supermarket, Portmore; Loshusan, Barbican Centre; Mega Mart outlets; and Hi-Lo food stores. On the shelves, you will also find other products from the Linstead Market Jamaica brand, such as: canned ackee, canned callaloo, traditional Jamaican red peas soup, Gungo Peas Soup, and Pepperpot Soup.
