It takes a certain kind of man to spend an entire holiday surrounded by ex-girlfriends. But Simon Cowell didn't seem to mind as former fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy stayed close to him during their St Barts holiday, proving that she was top dog.
While another of his former girlfriends Sinitta looked on, sussing out her competition, Mezhgan seemed happy to be queen bee as she chatted to the music mogul.
The make-up artist didn't seem fazed by the fact that Simon spent much of his day texting on his phone, and made sure that she was always as close to him as possible. After months of speculation, sources confirmed that the couple had split early in 2012, but it seems that Mezhgan isn't quite ready to let go of Simon just yet. Keeping her ex close, just like Sinitta, who dated the X Factor USA judge on and off for 20 years, the brunette beauty still seemed enamoured with her friend. Simon seemed to perk up later in the day when he was spotted grinning from cheek to cheek as he appeared to be in a texting conversation. It has been confirmed that the 53-year-old is dating bombshell Carmen, although she wasn't present on his annual St Barts holiday. Perhaps he was involved in a thrilling chat with the star, who he recently announced he was seeing.
Simon certainly seemed happy as he lounged back alone on her mobile phone and held his dark sunglasses in one hand so he could see the screen more clearly. The music mogul - who is also hosting his mother Julie, 85, on the trip - crammed in some rare alone time on the Slipstream mega yacht which was in the St Barts area. Wearing nothing but floral blue and white shorts, Simon seemed eager to lap up some sun while he was away from his home country England. His exes Megan and Sinitta were relaxing around him, donning swimwear and sun-shielding hats as they enjoyed tea. Cowell is thought to have spent £750,000 on keeping his women happy on the trip.
The group have been enjoying themselves with partying at night but attempting to stick to a healthy eating plan during the day so they don't pile on too many festive pounds.

Blue Ivy's $1-million nursery
She is already the most pampered baby in the world, but now Blue Ivy Carter's parents have bought her their most outrageous luxury yet. The daughter of Beyonce and rapper Jay-Z now has her own nursery at a basketball stadium that costs $1m a year to rent.
Blue Ivy is apparently put in the suite at the Brooklyn Nets ground in New York whenever her father performs on stage or is watching a game. Jay-Z did eight shows to open the stadium last year as he grew up nearby and is a fan of the team. He and Beyonce's decision to rent the suite comes after they already showered their one-year-old daughter with more gifts than most children can dream of. When she was just five days old, the couple bought her a $21,000 'fantasy crib' made of solid cedar and birch. Then there's the $16,000 high chair lined with Swarovski crystals designed by Carla Monchen from which she can eat her food when she is old enough. And let's not forget the clothes: Blue Ivy has already been bought a $290 Jean Paul Gaultier silk dress to get her wardrobe started.
According to Us Weekly, the suite at the Brooklyn Nets stadium is 'filled with toys' to keep the toddler entertained.
The decor is said to be mostly glass and there is a TV screen so she can also watch him perform. They have not been the only ones pampering their daughter and the child has reportedly been inundated with gifts from the likes of Sean Combs, Kanye West, Rihanna, Mary J Blige and Mariah Carey.
Oprah Winfrey even sent a case of her favourite children's books to get Blue Ivy off to a good start with her reading. The outpouring has not stopped Beyonce splashing out herself, including the crib from high-end baby firm Posh Tots, which has in the past sold items to Julia Roberts, Donald and Vanessa Trump, and Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin. After the birth she and Jay-Z also ensured their newborn travelled home in style in a luxury van with blacked out windows and a pimped-up interior.
The leather seats, satellite TV, minibar and car stereo of the $125,000 Mercedes Sprinter Van Grand Edition made it look like it had come straight out of one of her father's hip-hop videos. Beyonce's baby was born in January last year weighing 7lbs amid a $125,000 security operation which saw a bulletproof door temporarily installed at the entrance to Beyonce's room at the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. The happy couple said that the 'birth was emotional and extremely peaceful; we are in heaven'.
