Adele chose not to comment directly, but told People magazine in a well-timed interview, "I represent the majority of women and I'm very proud of that." Hot British export One Direction have turned down an invitation to the White House. First Lady Michelle Obama invited the boy band to next Monday's annual Easter Egg Roll when she met the gang at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards Saturday last.
