Dear Editor,

This is an open letter to Prime Minister Andrew Holness:

In the interest of better governance in Jamaica, could every senior political figure, law department director, or public service boss be clinically checked for Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)?

Also, the genuineness of their claimed university degrees should be closely investigated before individuals are appointed. Such a mechanism, dear Sir, would be one precious legacy for you to leave our beloved country.

Under your watch, God seems to be teaching you and Jamaica a singular lesson. On this Rock an epidemic of similar personality types is practically blabbing, bribing, lunging, winking and conning its way into high office — just like the Big Man over yonder bamboozled his way into office.
