St Elizabeth motorcyclist killed in crash

ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — A labourer from Bluntas district in St Elizabeth died as a result of injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle collision along the Sandy Bank main road in the parish yesterday.

According to police reports, 23-year-old Roshawn Elliot was driving a motorcycle about 9:30am when he collided with a Toyota Sprinter motor car while exiting a business establishment. The motor car was said to be heading towards Treasure Beach in the parish.

Elliot was rushed to hospital by citizens where he was pronounced dead.
