TRURO, Westmoreland - Patrick Graham has stepped down as coach of the Red Stripe Premier League club Savannah early Thursday evening, the Observer has learned.
Wendell Dawson, a member of the Savannah SC executive told the Observer that Graham handed in his resignation “and the board of the club has accepted it.”
Journeyman coach Delroy Delisser who was one of Graham’s assistants will take over the reins of the promoted Westmorland outfit when the second round starts following the break for the first end of round final.
Savannah is in 11th place in the 12 team league on 11 points, having earned just two points from their last eight outings after starting the season with three straight wins.
Graham is the third Premier League coach to step down since the start of the season joining Nedier dos Santos of Montego Bay United and Calvin Lewis of Highgate United.
