Police say St Ann couple still missing

ST ANN, Jamaica — The police have disclosed that the St Ann man and woman who went missing on Thursday, May 03 have still not been located.

The police's Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) told OBSERVER ONLINE that checks were made this morning and the two — 39-year-old Andre Wedderburn, otherwise called 'Rider' and 21-year-old Celene Gordon both of Cardiff Hall, Runaway Bay, St Ann have still not been found.

Wedderburn is said to be brown in complexion, medium build, sports black curly hair and is about 175 centimetres (5 feet 9 inches) tall, while Gordon is of brown complexion, slim build and about 147 centimetres (4 feet 10 inches) tall.

Reports from the Runaway Bay police are that contact was last made with Wedderburn and Gordon on Wednesday, May 02.

Efforts to make further contact have proven futile. Their mode of dress at the time they went missing is unknown.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Andre Wedderburn and Celene Gordon is being asked to contact the Runaway Bay police at 973-7057, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
