KINGSTON, Jamaica —Scores of Jamaica Labour Party supporters and sympathisers have assumed vantage positions at National Heroes Park where the body of Jamaica's fifth Prime Minister, Edward Seaga will be interred.

In sunny and windy conditions, many decided to wear the familiar green colours of the ruling party that Seaga led from 1974 until his retirement in 2005.

"We haffi come salute the boss", one said, ganja spliff in hand, as he walked towards a giant screen set up for those not privileged to see proceedings first hand at the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity at nearby North Street.
