Men flee Waterford school compound leaving gun behind

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica – The Waterford Police yesterday seized a Glock 40 pistol and two 9mm rounds of ammunition on the compound of a school in Waterford, Portmore, St Catherine.

Reports are about 9:30 pm, lawmen were on operations in the area when a group of men were seen acting suspiciously. The men were approached and they fled leaving the weapon and ammunition behind.

Investigations continue.
