Canadian man reported missing in St James

ST JAMES, Jamaica — A Canadian man has been reported missing in Rosehall, St James.

Police say 30-year-old Ailive McDonald, of North Service Road in Grimbsy, Canada, was last seen about 8:16 pm on Tuesday, leaving the hotel at which he was staying.

McDonald is of a brown complexion, stout build, with a tattoo on his neck and is about 193 centimetres (6 feet 4 inches) tall.

He was wearing a white T-shirt and a pants at the time. The police say all efforts made to contact him have proven futile.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of McDonald is being asked to contact the Barrett Town police at 876-953-7899, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
